Wonderfully detailed and precise gouache by this artist. Examples of his work are few and far between but a couple of paintings can be seen on the ArtUK website.
The SS Aberdonian was completed in 1909 in Glasgow. In 1915 she was acquired by the Royal Navy and converted to a hospital ship for WW1. After also serving in WW2 she was eventually broken up in Bombay in 1950.
